Our Consulting Customers

Consulting services are provided primarily for transactional law firms and M & A advisers, private equity firms and banks, insurance companies, insurance brokers and firms and, subsequently, for their clients.


Here, the various components of the counseling serve for identification of environmental risks of any kind, which in the short, medium-or long-term threaten the economic success of a company or by emergence of environmental costs provide performance risks to indirectly represented contributors (e.g. financing institutions, holding companies etc).

A striking feature of our work is the cooperation with other professions so that final success can be achieved.

For example, the UMR does not limit itself to an assessment, but, together with lawyers and economists, develops it to a financing or contract under public law.


For our medium-sized end customers from
the trade and industry sector we are active in the areas of environmental risk management, authority matters (approvals, orders,
negotiation of disputes) and energy management as well as expert witnesses in disputes.

Key activities are:

• Cost-oriented environmental risk analysis and valuation of businesses and real estate as part of M & A transactions in determining the required measures, solution options and implementation support.
• Environmental risk analysis and assessment of potential environmental damage monetized to optimize the environmental liability insurance and the design of insurance plans to the formation of captives.
• Licensing and contaminated site management with related official agency handling.
