Whether in business transactions, site security or judicial detection methods, the evaluation of historical aerial photos provides an essential source of information.

Ever since the Second World War aerial pictures have been taken for large parts of Germany on a regular basis. While in former times those were taken as an analog, black and white signal, nowadays they are delivered in digital, high-resolution form.

We combine these different formats in the GIS and create a multi-temporal aerial photo evaluation with true-to-scale, geo-referenced map products.
This way, e.g. the history of a company's premises can be traced. Already during the run-up potential risks can be identified, such as contamination relevant previous use or waste disposal sites (landfills) which may cause contamination strain for the location and possibly cause future use restrictions and liability positions.

Their target objects are precisely positioned and mapped in different years, so that you are able to directly compare the various levels of development with each other. In doing so, our difference mappings clearly identify existing "hot spots"!
