Vendor Due Diligence

A professional Vendor Due Diligence  weakens the Environmental Due Diligence by the opposing party.

For company transactions, UMR uses the highly efficient special tool of Environmental Vendor Due Diligence. Under Infopool you will find the first German language publication!

Companies which are sold in parts or as a whole are often subject to Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) by the "opposing" party. As a complex, process-oriented company analysis, the goal of the "EDD" is to determine and evaluate the Environmental cost risks of the desired object. The obtained results then flow directly into sales negotiations and pricing of the transaction. Companies which face such a study unprepared must expect significant price decreases.

Professional sales handling avoids these expensive risks by preparing its own study of the company (so-called Vendor Due Diligence). And the necessary measures are implemented before the sales takes place. In a memorandum, eliminated ("earlier") risks are listed as performance profiles. Still open measures are included in an investment and management schedule thus providing proof of foresighted Risk management.

Professional company presentation weakens the Environmental Due Diligence by the opposing party, accelerates negotiations and prevents undesired drops in price.
