EnviRISK®-Survey offers you a comprehensive environmental check. We do not stop at the end of your property. Your site is positioned within an additional environmental framework. Not only are possible environmental hazards associated with your site listed but also the risks to your site due to its surroundings. For instance, our survey will tell you whether production activities at your site may endanger the neighborhood hospital or whether you can expect flooding damage.
How well du you know your neighbours?
To prevent unpleasant surprises, you should know how the surroundings of your site are used. Is it located near a home for senior citizens, a hospital or a school which could be affected by the activities taking place at your site? Or does your property border on a protected animal or plant reserve in which endangered animals and plants make their homes? Such questions must be answered in order to determine whether the concern is a decision for or against a certain use of your property, or the insurance coverage of possible damage claims. To reveal and minimize conflict potential, enviRISK-Survey® takes a good look at your neighborhood and helps you to answer the question: "What will I do if something happens?"

When the visualization is placed against the background of an aerial photograph, location relationships become clear and involved areas are easy to see.
