In addition, Desk Due Diligence supplies important background information on authorities' schedules, for preparation of data room research or for negotiation with attorneys in advance of company inspection dates. As an integral part of Environmental Due Diligence, it represents an important basis for preparation of the on-site inspection and is thus a fixed component of Phase 1.
